Unlike other companies that provide finance training in a group setting, LaterBanks’ success is attributed to our one-on-one finance development coaching system. Our trainers will develop and work with your finance managers side by side at your dealership, using real scenarios and actual customers.

This curriculum allows us to coach each finance manager at their own individualized learning speed, making retention and execution of our selling system twice as effective than if taught in a group setting.

Our easy-to-understand, consumer-friendly selling system (PDP) is presented to your finance manager in a similar format as the “Road to the Sale”. We have named it the “Road to the Finance Sale”.

For LaterBank, training is not an event, it is a process. Our professional trainers will continue working one on one with your finance managers for as long as is necessary to achieve our mutual goals.
